2026 PROM CONSULTATION

The process – To book a Prom Consultation, there is a $100 non-refundable fee. This fee can also used towards the purchase of a Prom gown, should you decide to move forward with our services. If a prom gown is not purchased, the $100 is used as only a consultation fee being non-refundable.
Your consultation is Vital or in person. You need a Phone for the FaceTime or Zoom meeting and 1 measuring tape if you are not local. During the consultation we will discuss the custom design, fabrics, every detail, accessories, sizing and conduct measurements. Meetings normally last 30 mins. -1 hour. After all details are finalized, and some research, a quote is reached and an invoice is sent for payment. Upon payment of initial deposit (half of the total amount), we begin constructing your personalized gown. A deposit must be paid in order to begin production.
 
Construction time - Your garment is custom made specifically for you. Each garment requires a lot of time and special detail and can take 1month up to 5 months to complete depending upon orders in front of yours and the complexity of the designs. Expedited service is available upon request with an additional fee for shipping.
Please keep in mind, we do not Copy designs, but we do enhance and create similar looks to your inspiration photos. No garments will ever look the same. But who wants to look the same as anyone else, right? We do our best to ensure you are happy and satisfied!
 
Approval Process – Once your garment is complete, the approval stage begins. For long distance clients, To ensure that the garment is to your liking, we will place the garment on a mannequin or model your size, send detailed photos of all angles, and a video via text message. Upon approval from you within 24 to 48 hours we are able to ship immediately. If approval is not received within this timeframe we will also ship the garment to avoid further delays. Shipping time could take up to 2 business days to prepare for shipping & 2 to 10 business days to receive with our USPS. 
All Local clients will be required to come into our store location for  multiple and precise fittings.

All payments are Non-Refundable. Once fabric and materials have been purchased, and we have taken out the time to start on your custom garments, we will not make any further arrangements.
